
Ceviche is not a very complicated dish and it is also very very usefull in case of guests ’cause you have to prepare it one day in advance! And then…doesn’t it look cool in a Martini glass with tortilla chips?
Take 2 slices of fresh anglerfish and cut it into cubes. Add 250 gr of fresh raw shrimps and put everything in a non-metallic bowl. Add 3 spring onions cut in very small pieces, and a fresh chilli pepper cut into stripes if you like it. Wet with the juice of 3 lime, cover the bowl and let it rest overnight in the fridge. If you wanna serve it for dinner you can prepare it in the morning and let it in the fridge for at least 8 hours. At the end of this time the fish will be naturally cooked and you will have an amuzing appetizer!!
And, moreover…that’s a fresh recipe!!
